Looking for a refreshing cocktail that’s perfect for a warm, sunny day? Try this FLOR DE SEVILLA SPRITZ!
We’re often asked for suggestions on summer cocktails, and since we just love entertaining, we’re always onto the next great thing. This spritz cocktail is especially perfect for the season, with its refreshing, distinctive citrus flavour and sparkling finish.
Here’s why we love serving a FLOR DE SEVILLA SPRITZ on a warm summer day.
FLOR DE SEVILLA
This cocktail features Tanqueray Flor de Sevilla. The gin-based spirit is made with bittersweet Seville oranges and delivers a fruity, zesty taste, balanced with the 4 botanicals of Tanqueray’s classic London Dry Gin.
Charles Tanqueray first created his London Dry Gin in the 1830s using fine quality botanicals. He went on to create over 300 gin recipes, the Flor de Sevilla among them. Tanqueray is now proud to offer a series of signature premium gin varieties, each with its own distinct and memorable flavour profiles. Click HERE to discover some of their other signature spirits.
RAISE THE BAR
Frequent visitors to Weekend at the Cottage know we like to keep things simple. You’ll need a few choice ingredients to make this cocktail: Tanqueray Flor De Sevilla, a favourite chilled Prosecco, soda, and a few slices of orange for garnish.
You’ll also need wine glasses, ice, a jigger and a spoon or straw to stir. That’s it!
As always, we’d like to suggest you follow our lead and serve this Tanqueray FLOR DE SEVILLA SPRITZ with a few delicious snacks. Enjoy this cocktail with our CROSTINI WITH PROSCIUTTO AND PEACHES, our GRILLED SHISHITO PEPPERS or our CUCUMBER WITH SMOKED SALMON.
