Harvard i-lab | Forming a Life Science Company: The Right Pieces at the Right Time
"All happy [start-ups] are the same, but each unhappy [start-up] fails in its own individual way." (sic, Tolstoy)
Join former venture capitalist and serial biotechnology entrepreneur Greg Licholai, MD in a workshop to learn about the required elements for starting a life science company, and some of the common pitfalls that make start-ups, founders and investors "unhappy". This will be a hands-on and interactive discussion where we will use real examples of companies that were able to get off the ground effectively and those that could not get traction despite good scientific foundations.
